Each individual client will have their own goals they wish to achieve for their career. So we think it's imperative to understand these. We use a needs analysis methodology in order to identify, manage, monitor and track our clients’ goals. From this we can devise a tailored Continuous Professional Development Plan and work with our client to design and implement strategies on achieving set goals. We also help our clients plan for a career off the field and help them think about furthering their education and maybe learning other skills as well as building professional networks which may benefit them in future.

It's also important to us to have a player welfare plan for our clients. These are tailored accordingly to the players’ profile. Managing injuries, dealing with emotional or mental challenges caused by injury or other external events that affect you and making sure that you aren't consuming illegal supplements, are the high risk obstacles that may be encountered in your career. We support you in managing and mitigating these risks by using coping and resilience techniques. We can recommend experts in the nutrition, private medical, health and life insurance sectors who can help with advice on these matters too if and when required.
